Our Genesis

I didn’t start Crux Identity because I wanted to run a business. I started it because I was tired of seeing clients pay too much for too little.

I spent years working in traditional consulting firms, watching projects drag on longer than they should. Meetings replaced execution. Processes were bloated. Clients were charged premium prices for work that often felt rushed or incomplete. Consultants were overextended, juggling too many projects at once—yet still being asked to do more. The result? Sloppy work, missed details, and businesses left to figure things out on their own.

It didn’t sit right with me.

I wanted to build something better.

How Crux Identity is Different

At Crux Identity, we cut through the noise. No fluff, no wasted hours, no unnecessary layers of process. We work fast, but never at the cost of quality. We don’t overbook ourselves because we believe clients deserve our full attention. And we don’t charge for inefficiencies—we build streamlined, transparent engagements that move at the speed businesses actually need.

Where big firms lean on bureaucracy, we prioritize transparency, execution, and speed.

Where traditional consultants fill their schedules with back-to-back calls, we focus on asynchronous communication—because waiting for calendars to align shouldn’t slow down progress.

Who We Work With

We do our best work with organizations that trust the process—those who don’t need to micromanage but expect results. We thrive with teams that care about efficiency, clarity, and execution, not just checking boxes in a project plan.

We’re not the right fit for companies that need their consultants in every meeting or those that value optics over outcomes. And that’s okay.

What We Stand For

At the end of every engagement, I want our clients to feel two things:

  1. That we had their best interests at heart—always.
  2. That they got immense value—not just in the work itself, but in how we worked together.

We’re not here to just implement Okta. We’re here to help organizations move faster, reduce friction, and get identity right the first time.

This is how consulting should be. So that’s how we do it.
